Guud Elements is a development management and construction company
Guud Elements' ambition is to become the leader in modular construction within
central Europe. The company gained international experience from the biggest
European developers with an integrated construction division.
Identity as a whole is built from a symbol. The symbol is an expression of
perspective, a view from above, which is based on a holistic approach captured in
the form of a circle. Development and construction are represented in the form of
an object. Together with the use of the letter ‘G’ they form the symbol for Guud.
The choice of colors is inspired by the philosophy
of the German school, Bauhaus, where the color
scheme was based on materials used. For Guud
Elements, the focus is on concrete and quality
construction. The material thus becomes a visual
synonym for the element.
As part of the brand system and strategy, monochrome colors create visual opportunities
for the creation of additional identities under the Guud brand. The visual system also
includes an isometric grid, which serves as a company model. Its space is created by
a system for displaying icons. The secondary function of the logo allows for the use of the
symbol as a window to the world of development focused on residential, real estate and
The mission of the visual ecosystem is to draw attention to what society itself is focusing on.
Flexible options have been created for the most effective communication between the brand
and consumers at the level of offline and online touchpoints.
